GroundMark Environmental was founded by Brandi Williams after two decades in North Texas land development, permitting, and construction project management — years spent hiring compliance vendors, filing permits through STEERS, walking active sites, and sitting across from TCEQ and municipal inspectors.

That experience shaped a simple conviction: stormwater compliance shouldn't be a mystery, a scramble, or a line item that only gets attention after a notice arrives. It should be handled — consistently, documented properly, by people who understand what builders are actually up against on an active site.

That's the company. Inspections done on schedule. Filings done right the first time. Records that hold up. And straight answers, including the occasional "you don't need that" — because twenty years of buying these services taught us exactly what it looks like when a vendor sells you more than your site requires.

GroundMark is a family-run firm, and we like it that way. Our field team trains and certifies through EnviroCert International's erosion, sediment, and stormwater inspector programs, and we hold ourselves to the documentation standard we'd want if it were our name on the permit.
