Service Area

North Texas is our jobsite.

GroundMark serves builders and developers across the fastest-growing corridor in the country — Celina, Anna, Princeton, McKinney, Allen, Fairview, Lucas, Wylie, Melissa, Prosper, Van Alstyne, Weston, Farmersville, and the surrounding communities of Collin, Hunt, Rockwall, and southern Grayson counties.

Here's why local matters in this work: TCEQ's Construction General Permit is only half the picture. Cities in this corridor operate their own stormwater programs, and the requirements are not identical from one town to the next — inspection expectations, preconstruction meetings, erosion control details, and enforcement postures all vary. A compliance file that satisfies the state can still draw a stop-work notice from the city.

We know which municipalities want to see you before you break ground, what their inspectors flag first, and how their requirements layer on top of the state permit. That's not something a statewide vendor dispatching inspectors from two hours away can offer.
