Site Inspections

SWPPP inspections done on schedule, documented right.

TCEQ's Construction General Permit requires routine inspections of your stormwater controls — and every one of them has to be documented, signed, and kept in the SWPPP file for the life of the project. Miss one, and there's a gap in the record that an inspector will find.

GroundMark handles the full inspection cycle:

Routine inspections on the schedule your permit requires — weekly or every fourteen days plus rain events, depending on the option your SWPPP specifies. We show up on time, every time, without you calling to remind us.

Rain-event inspections triggered by qualifying rainfall. We track precipitation at your site so a half-inch storm on a Saturday doesn't become a missed inspection on Monday.

Every inspection produces a signed, photo-documented report delivered to your distribution list — superintendent, PM, office — the same day. Deficiencies are called out plainly with what needs fixing and by when, and we follow up to confirm corrective action was completed and documented.

Your SWPPP file stays inspection-ready. Not "mostly current." Ready.
